What is included in your delivery service?
Our delivery is tailboard only.
Do you charge extra for an installation?
Yes, all installations will be charged & costs will be included in your quotation.
Can I collect my order?
All customers are more than welcome to collect their orders. If you have any doubt about the size of the vehicle needed please contact our operations team for assistance on 01376 505800
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to your premises, unless stated otherwise. If you require a direct delivery please contact our sales team, charges may apply.
When can I expect my delivery?
Speed Screens & Flair Screens 7-10 working days
Standard Desks & Storage 10-15 working days
All other furniture 20 working days
All special products are based on 20 working days from order. Please remember we cannot accept your order unless we have all the necessary details to proceed with production. There may be times in the year when this lease time is affected.

I have a potential large order that may require on-site assistance, can you help?
Our experienced surveyor can attend site if measuring or templating are required as part of our Site Survey service. Please note charges will apply. Alternatively our in-house technical team can assist you over the phone, just call 01376 505800.
I don’t know exactly what I want, can you offer any advice?
Our team at OfficeLife have many years’ experience & are on hand to give advice when needed. We also offer Bespoke Quotations & CAD Drawing services.
I need a special product produced, how do I send the details to you?
Please send your enquiry or quote request to firstname.lastname@example.org with as many details as you can, you may even want to include a sketch or your own drawing to explain. Our sales team will be in contact with you & a quotation and drawing will be created & sent to you within 48 hours of your enquiry.
PAYMENTS & PRODUCT GUARANTEE
How do I pay for my order?
Your first three orders will be paid as Proforma. Once your order has been sent in & approved we will send you a pro-forma invoice for payment which will include our bank details for you to transfer the funds.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
All orders over £8,000 (excluding VAT) will require a deposit. The payment will be made in 3 parts, the first as your deposit, the second upon delivery & the third as payment to terms.
How do I open a Credit Account with you?
Credit accounts will be accepted subject to a third party credit check. You can request our credit application form from our Finance team email@example.com. Your first three orders will need to be paid on a Proforma basis, after which your account will be approved as long as the credit check confirmed a limit available for your company. If you have any questions or require assistance you can call our finance team on 01376 505840.
Are all of your products guaranteed?
All standard products are covered by our 3 year guarantee for manufacturing faults.
Please note once delivered and signed for we do not guarantee scratches, dents or breakages of any kind.
For all bespoke products, guarantee will depend on many factors and will be TBA when you place the order.
