I need a special product produced, how do I send the details to you? 

Please send your enquiry to with a sketch detailing the desired product, try to add as much detail as your can, one of our sales team will contact you if we have any questions, from your drawing we will create a CAD drawing showing the product, the drawing will be sent to you along with a quotation within 2-4 days from your enquiry.

I have a potential large order and need some on site assistance with the details, can you help?

Yes we have dedicated technical sales staff that can meet you and advise/discuss in detail any large orders, please contact our sales office for more details on 01376 505800

How do I order from OfficeLife Solutions?

By sending an e-mail to stating a purchase order number and description/ code of the product, do not forget to add your chosen colour finish, if you have any questions please call our sales office for guidance and advice 01376 505800 Our dedicated sales staff are on hand to offer expert friendly advice, and provide you with a quotation during working hours.

How do I pay for my order?

Your first 3 orders will be covered by ProForma. Once you have raised your order we will send you a pro-forma invoice for payment which will include our bank details for you to transfer the funds.

Do I have to pay a deposit? 

For all orders over £8,000 we will ask you for a third deposit, a third payment upon delivery and a third payment to terms.

How do I open a Credit Account with yourselves?

Credit accounts will be accepted subject to a third party credit check. You can download your credit application form from our website **WEBLINK** Your first 3 orders will need to be paid on a proforma basis, after which your credit account will be approved as long as the credit check has confirmed a credit limit available for your company. Alternately, you can also call our accounts team on 01376 505840 and they will assist with setting up the account for you.

What is included in your delivery service?

Our delivery service is tail-board only.

Do you charge extra for installation?

Yes, all installations will be charged, the installation cost will always be included in your quotation.

Can I collect my order?

All customers are more than welcome to collect their own order, if you have any doubt about the size of the vehicle needed then please contact our sales office for guidance and advice 01376 505800

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to your premises as standard, if you would like a direct delivery another address please enquire with our sales staff, please note for a direct delivery charges may apply.

When will my delivery be made?

Our product range delivery times from order are as follows:

Speed Screens 5-7 working days

Flair Screens 5-10 working days

Allure Acrylic screens 15-20 working days

F60 Desks & Storage 10-15 working days

Seating 10-15 working days

Reception Counters, Storagewall, Teacherwall, I.T. Desks, TEK 10 bench desking, Call Centres, Study Centres, Class Room Tables All 20 working days from order

All special products are based on 20 working days from order, but please remember we cannot accept your order unless we have all the necessary details to proceed with production.

Are all products guaranteed?

All  standard products are guaranteed for three years for all manufacturing faults, once delivered and signed for we do not guarantee scratches, dents or breakages of any kind.

Please note the following components used in some of our standard products have a shorter guarantee

Combination locks for Lockers one year from delivery

LED lighting, one year from delivery

All special products only have a guarantee for one year
